Strong monitor arm. Perfect for mounting my dual 32 inch monitors. They also reach quite far which is great for my situation with a dining table as a desk. Assembly was quick and easy to complete by yourself with the mounting plate solution they have for the vesa mount. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a strong dual monitor arm for larger monitors

Can't believe this known brand would send a box that is clearly used and think they could get away with it. You could see the box on the outside was covered in paper adhesive tape on corners to patch the opened spots of the box.As soon as I opened the box, the mount has previous marks of the screws that were on it and there were a lot of scratches on every arm (no bubble wraps or plastic bags to wrap around each mount to prevent scratches). Did they think they could just get away with it?

Vivo really are the best for ‘desk gear’ now bought several of their products. This one doesn’t disappoint. High quality it supports x 2 Dell UltraSharp 40” monitors, perfect for uncluttered my desk and cable management.

Let me start with what I disliked. It doesn't raise the monitor/screens high enough, but then again, for the flexibility of positioning the screens, it makes up for that one shortcoming. The bigger issue I had was, there's no way to lock the monitor rotational orientation in place. It works entirely by friction alone to keep the monitor from rotating from portrait to landscape mode. This is important in how I'm using the stand. With that said, I'm currently using it to support a 40" HDTV for my day trading station. I had to make an adapter bracket to raise the tv about 2 feet higher (although after the fact, I probably could have gotten away with only raising it around 8"-10" higher). And this is where I wish there was a rotational locking mechanism built in.Because of the adapter I built to offset the VESA mounting brackets, it's now top heavy. Without modification or a locking mechanism, one good bump could cause the TV to rotate off it's balance point, causing it to rotate uncontrollably clockwise/counter-clockwise.If I wasn't offsetting the screen from the center of the mount, it might not be that big of an issue, but it still would have been nice to have a locking mechanism to lock it either exactly level or exactly at a 90 degree rotation so you don't have to keep fiddling with the screens to have them exactly level. It forced me to modify the mounting bracket system to allow for me to lock the rotation in place, so now there's no risk of the HDTV getting broken by getting bumped and rotating uncontrolably into my desk.Other than that, the stand is working great. The stability of the x/y/z axis it great. Each of those articulation points have ways to tighten up their movement, so as of right now, both monitors are locked into their x- and y-axis, and still move relatively freely on the z-axis, which helps with my slowly degrading eyesight.
