My son is a fly fisherman. Let me rephrase that. My son is a very avid and active fly fisherman. He gets up as early as 3:00 in the morning to drive for 2 hours to get to a fishing spot as the sun's coming up. Who ties his own flies and is very capable at catching fish wherever he goes. I purchased these scissors for him and he absolutely loves them. As much as he does. However, like the others these are going to wear out fast. But will hope that these last longer than the others. Whether they do or not, he likes them.

Full disclosure I bought these Fly Tying Scissors to use for my hubby's eyebrows. They're sharp and precise, great for getting those course stray hairs under control. They're heavier than typical trimming scissors, which clearly indicates higher quality. I'm overall very pleased with these and would absolutely recommend them.
