The product is okay. Nice, round corners and strong material.However, mind you, it is not completely transparent, it's rather milky white.

The mat is packaged in a relatively big box, but it is rolled up. I don't see this as a problem per se, but I ordered it during winter time and the mat became brittle causing it to crack. After messaging them, they refunded right away, no questions asked and I didn't have to send it back. Damages aside, the quality of the product is good and together with the service they offer, I rate it 5 stars. However, order it when the weather is not too cold.

The product delivers what has been mentioned.I missed a bit an indication in which side should it be used. Besides, every practical to set and use.

The product itself is of good quality, but the mat is too smooth due to which it is turning on the floor. Everytime you move back and forth with your chair, the wheels of the chair make the mat move slightly due to which the mat is not staying nicely straight on it's place, but it is turning.This is annoying, not looking good (it's not keeping straight under the desk), but I think this is also resulting in friction between the mat and the floor, due to which the floor will have wear, which is exactly what you want to avoid with the mat... so instead of the wheels of the chair causing wear on the floor, it is now the mat itself...Hence, I cannot recommend this mat and would opt for a mat that has a more sticky side so that it will not move and keep straight under the desk...

It took very long to arrive and the quality is disappointing. It's very thin and not transparent at all, it's almost completely white, very ugly. I regret buying this thing.

It does what it is supposed to do. In real life it looks a bit smaller but its the right size for my chair and desk
