Perfectly fits my golf mk7 oil drain hole.It sorta clicks in. you can visibly see It fits and shouldn’t over tighten it, passing the click.

Bought a pack from Amazon. Had first one installed on my new Volkswagen Tiguan. Easy to change. Worked well so far. Like it. Will buy again.

Save your money and do not buy these. I used these on my wife's 2017 gti, now there is oil leaking on my driveway. Should've known better than to buy these off Amazon instead of at the dealership. Sucks because I'm going to have to replace it and waste 6 quarts of liquimoly oil.

The original plug from my 2022 Tiguan has a number printed on it and slightly different molding marks. These work perfectly fine but I have some doubt they are actually OEM VW parts. Come in a nondescript plastic bag. Probably wouldn’t have paid a premium for them without indication that they are the real deal.
