While the Hoof Boots are good quality the sizing charts relate to the hoof dimensions on the outside of the bottom of the boot but the hoof doesn’t fit in the boot as it is of smaller dimensions. Brought this to the attention of the supplier and explained I would not be returning them as the cost and hassle of returning to China was not financially viable. The supplier responded asked for more information then offered a good will part credit saying keep the boots and either sell them or dispose of as I see fit. Accepted the suppliers good will offer and thanked him. I would gladly do business with this supplier in the future.
