I would definitely buy this product again if needed. Very easy to use with clear instructions on how to test for mold. Took only an hour to collect samples then put in garage for a few days for incubation. I had three of the six Petri dishes come back with mold spores and different in size and color. I had some trouble identifying them on my own so in the instructions it says you can send pictures to company for them to analyze so I did that and with in a few hours I got a response back with detailed information about each type of mold I had collected in Petri dishes, what harm they could be causing and the best way to get rid of them in my home.Very helpful!

Cannot say enough about the service from this company! The instructions were easy as can be and having results for a fraction of the cost it would cost to have someone come into your home is amazing now a days. I was able to take several pictures and was given instructions and information about the mold found in our home very quickly (within 24 hours of sending the initial email). Don’t hesitate to buy this product if your concerned about mold in your home!

So pleased with the assistance with identifying my pictures and so speedy with their response time! I am going to purchase another set of tests after ive done some things to clean and free the space of what my first round of results have shown. Thank you again, truely they are the experts and I look forward to a second round of testing! Other test kits dried out and would have missed proper diagnoisis. These are the best.

Product arrived quickly and with the detailed instructions was easy to get started as a first-time tester. As recommended, we used all 6 plates at the same time, though there were helpful directions for how to preserve unused Agar plates for future use. I tried to get my high-schooler interested in the science experiment but ended up doing it all myself.The samples took about 3+ days to grow due to cooler temperatures, and even then, they were still somewhat small samples. I let them grow a little longer and then analyzed them. Based on what is in the booklet, we were having trouble identifying what grew on the plates so I followed the instructions in the booklet that said I could send pictures back to the company. In less than 24 hours, I received back the lab's observation of what was in my pictures. It was incredible and a courtesy, without extra cost. The next step is learning more and remediation - this got the ball rolling. Highly recommend!
