Ik heb inmiddels drie van deze ventilatoren, waarvan een grote. Apparaat koelt prima, maar bij grote hitte heb je toch een airco nodig

Zuerst einmal etwas zu manchen Rezessionen. Wer lesen kann ist ganz klar im Vorteil. Hier geht es um einen Circulator, der durch eine patentierte Technik Luftschichten vermischt und ein angenehmes Raumklima verschafft. Es ist "keine" Windmaschine oder Klimaanlage, die die Räume um 10° abkühlt.Es sollte jedem klar sein, das ein Gerät von einer so kleinen Bauart und so einer Umdrehungszahl alles andere als leise sein kann.Alle Daten findet man unter den Produkteigenschaften. Wer sich die mühe macht und vergleiche mit normalen Ventilatoren anstellt, bekommt schon vor dem Kauf einen sehr guten Eindruck, was Ihn erwartet.Man sollte also genau abwegen für welchen Einsatz man dieses Gerät bzw einen Ventilator benötigt.Wenn man einen Ventilator sucht der Nachts oder in den Morgenstunden durchlüften soll....ist mit diesem Gerät bei grossen und hohen Räumen eher nicht so gut bedient.Für seine Möglichkeiten Luftmengen zu schaufeln muss er auf Stufe 3 betrieben werden. Auf dieser Stufe ist er sehr laut und der Effekt stellt sich trotzdem nicht so ganz ein.Wenn man aber ein Gerät sucht, das die heißen Tage in einem Raum erträglicher macht, dann ist man hier sehr gut bedient.Diese Technik von Vornado funktioniert einwandfrei. Der Ventilator verwirbelt die Luft im Raum so, das permanent die Luft in Bewegung ist und man so eine ganz leichte frische Brise spürt. Die Raumtemperatur singt zwar nicht.....steigt aber auch nicht an.Das geschieht schon auf Stufe 1, wo der Lüfter absolut leise seine Arbeit verrichtet und auch beim TV nicht stört.Wer große Räume hat mit hohen Decken (Altbau), sollte vielleicht zu einer grösseren Variante greifen (Vornado 633 oder 630B).Das Gerät ist sehr solide verarbeitet und von wirklich guter Qualität. Hier klappert oder knarzt nichts. Die Neigungsverstellung ist (ich nenne es mal) "stramm". Hier kann man ebenfalls von ausgehen, das dieses Gerät auch nach Jahren nirgendwo die sogenannten Flügel hängen lässt.Das Gerät hat am hinteren oberen Rand eine kleine Griffmulde für den Transport. So klappt auch ohne Verletzungsgefahr ein Positionswechsel.Bei einer Verbrauchsmessung kam folgendes heraus:Stufe 1 = 24 WattStufe 2 = 41 WattStufe 3 = 60 WattWas die Lautstärke angeht ist er wie schon erwähnt, bei Stufe eins sehr angenehm leise. Bei Stufe 2 wird er schon etwas lauter....ist aber noch erträglich. Bei Stufe 3 sieht es schon anders aus. Hatte ihn morgens um halb 5 bei offenem Fenster auf die Fensterbank gestellt und mich gefragt ob wohl gleich die Nachbarn klingeln :))Ventilatoren bewegen bei geschlossenen Fenster auf verschiedenste Art lediglich die Raumluft um. Wer vernünftige Abkühlung sucht sollte sich eine Klimaanlage zulegen.Wenn man Nachts/Morgens warme Luft aus der Wohne befördern möchte, sollte man zu einem herkömmlichen Ventilator mit mehr Luftdurchsatz und Power greifen.Mit diesem Produkt bekommt man permanent eine frische Brise ohne dabei direkt angepustet zu werden.Ich denke im Winter wird er durch diese Technik ganz sicher den Raum schneller auf Temperatur bringen.Ganz klare Kaufempfehlung.....auch wegen der 5 Jahre Garantie die der Hersteller gibt.

One of the reasons I bought this was because they reviews suggested they were well made and quiet. And it lived up to it.It is well made, and I would definitely recommend getting one of these over the plethora of cheap nasty room fans that saturate the UK market that laughably cost about the same. Despite it's small size this thing moves way more air than most, and the noise level is comparably lower. It doesn't vibrate itself to death.Being able to shift the same amount of air while being much smaller is of course much of an advantage to people without much room in their houses. Most people in the UK have fairly small houses and finding somewhere to store things is always an issue. Well finding somewhere to store this is much easier than a 16" pedestal fan!On it's first setting it is very quiet relative to the impressive amount of air it was still moving. And most importantly the noise is only that of the whooshing air, not the vibration of the motor or any other mechanics inside the fan.I say relative to the air it is moving tho, because even on it's lowest setting it's still moving a lot of air. And as such, it still makes a fair bit of noise. It's difficult to give comparables, closest thing I can think right now is louder than an idling PC/laptop, but quieter than a PC/laptop running at full speed (you know the noise I mean? when something is using all your CPU and the cooling fans kick in at top speed, right?).It's difficult to answer the question "is it quiet enough to sleep with", because that depends on each individual's tolerance for noise while drifting off; and how far away the fan is positioned from your ear. For me personally it's borderline, I probably can do but with difficulty, I relax more with it turned off.It's a shame there isn't an option to run it at half the speed of its lowest setting. Considering the build quality of the fan, I imagine this would be so close to silent that anybody could easily sleep with it. In the middle of summer if you have no quilts or PJs on, even the most gentlest of breezes is enough to make a huge difference. That air circulating slowly over your skin is much more effective at cooling you than static air. For this reason, on really hot summer nights I'd usually sleep with my USB fan on its lowest setting - much slower but quieter than this one. It's only extreme times when I'd feel the need to fire this bad boy up, even on its lowest setting.During the day it's different, sometimes you can have it pointing straight at you, sometimes circulating the air throughout your house as is its main intention. Also it's very big for a quick blast to cool you down if you've just finished doing something energetic for example.

Il prodotto è davvero valido. Ormai ho quasi tutti i modelli della Vornado quindi posso dire la mia, l’unica cosa eccessiva è il prezzo. È grande quasi la metà della classe 600. Già a velocità due inizia ad esser rumoroso, mentre a velocità uno è uno spettacolo, riesce a muover parecchia aria non facendo rumore. Alla terza velocità è molto rumoroso, ma fa il suo! Per questo prezzo potrete sicuramente trovare di meglio a livello di prestazioni. Avendone già altri in giro per casa, cercavo qualcosa di “piccolo” da poter metter vicino alla scrivania/computer, e questo vornadino mi sta aiutando tantissimo in queste giornate calde senza climatizzatore. Attaccato ad una presa smart lavora egregiamente perché non c’è nessun pulsante di accensione.
