I had a bunch of standard and metric sockets, adapters, etc., of varying sizes rolling around in my tool chest every time I opened the drawer. I ordered two sets and the variety of sized clips was more than enough to separate and organize my sockets with enough to spare. They seem sturdy enough to hold up for a while and the sockets snap it with no concern of falling out. Because of my mix of 1/4", 1/2" and 3/8" sockets, it was convenient that the clips are removable so I can organize them all together however I liked.

Purchased on a whim to tidy up a chest full of different sized sockets.I debated whether to go for metal or plastic however these had good reviews.Honestly I'm very impressed, the rails are sturdy and each socket fits on tightly due to a ball bearing, I have no doubt these will endure lots or abuse and last a long time, price was good for what you get.

What the number of rating stars mean to me........ I don't give out 5 stars like participation trophy's. It's not fair to manufacturers/sellers that make and sell OUTSTANDING products.5 stars = Items that stand above the rest. Something innovative or of surprisingly high quality.4 stars = A high quality, above average product. These sellers are doing everything right and need no improvement for me to do more business with them. Generally MY highest rating.3 stars = Acceptable products. But room for improvement on price, quality or design of the item.2 stars = Below average. Probably should pass on these unless you are desperate.1 star = Unacceptable junk. Total lack of customer support can also put you here. Avoid at all costs.No, these are not a world shattering improvement for socket storage but, I picked up another type with the tall pins that you just drop the sockets on through the VINE program before I got these and, they were terrible for professional use. I'm sure you can look at my other reviews and find it. But to make a long story short, with these, you won't have to put your sockets away UPSIDE DOWN. These are a nice traditional style of socket bar. Similar to the old faithful metal ones almost everyone has or has had. The advantage to these might be that they won't be quite as prone to rusting? Not 100% sure on that because they still have steel springs behind the retention balls. These are going on a service truck. If you work inside, rust should never be an issue with these. These bars hold sockets securely. Hopefully well enough to keep from bouncing off while I am driving down the road in the truck, so far so good. They also seem pretty economical at $11 for a set of 3. A solid 4 stars for a good product at a very competitive price. I heartily recommend them.

Sockets clip on easily and remove easily yet are held securely. You can add or remove clips which gives you the ability to mix ½”, ⅜” and ¼” clips. Each organizer has a generous number of clips allowing for just about every socket set I have to be mounted on one organizer. This is so much better than the metal clipped ones they are replacing. I'm almost smitten.The reason I’m not totally smitten, is if you compare prices for similar (3 set) rails, it’s just an okay price. And if you compare it to multiple sets (like 9) they are grossly overpriced. I would rate this five stars if not for the price, but I’m glad to have them and I do recommend them.

These work well for sockets you don't use everyday but still want organized (or even extra sockets). They are all plastic and I think they would break after awhile if I pulled sockets on and off these all the time every day.
