VOVO STYLEMENT Bidets (VB- 4100SR)

Heb deze bidet seat pas 1 dag en toch al enthousiast. We hadden eerst een seat die helaas niet goed paste en daardoor kapot ging (na 7 jaar gebruik) Heb van deze vovo eerst de recentie gelezen en ook opgelet tegen welke dingen men aanliep als zijnde een probleem(pje) zoals b.v. het niet passen van de wateraansluiting op bestaande aansluiting. Dat was hier dus ook het geval. Met 1 verloopstukje was het probleempje verholpen. De montage is super eenvoudig. Wij hebben een seniorenpot met D vormige pot.Ook weer na recensies doorgelezen te hebben zou de ronde uitvoering moeten passen. Helemaal goed. Dat de zijranden iets breder zijn is voor ons geen bezwaar: De zitting past uitstekend op het porselein van de pot. Ook de bediening is eenvoudig en de temperatuur regelingen werken goed. Ik las dat sommige kopers de zitting dun vinden. Ik zie dat als een voordeel. Onze oude had een dikkere zitting welke uiteindelijk is gebroken. De vovo zitting voelt echt stevig aan. Het deksel is misschien wat dunner. Daar ga je normaliter ook niet op zitten. Lijkt me geen bezwaar. Ik kan niets anders zeggen TOP !!! A+++++++

Na wat langer gebruik gemaakt te hebben en wat hulp van de excellente klantenservice van VOVO van dit bidet ben ik er eerlijk gezegd heel blij mee dat ik deze toen gekocht heb. Ik ben zelf mindervalide en het geeft toch een deel zelfstandigheid terug. Dat je iets hoger zit voelt zeker als je mindervalide bent een stuk veiliger. Makkelijk te monteren.Ook als je niet mindervalide bent dan is dit een aanrader. De functies die het biedt (voor mannen en vrouwen) en het gemak in gebruik (de afstandbediening is perfect en duidelijk) en het feit dat je niet op een ijskoude bril terecht komt is fantastisch. Je hebt ook geen toiletpapier meer nodig.Aanrader!

De aansluiting was makkelijk en snel gedaan dit is nu mijn 3de bidetbril de afstandsbediening is een beetje groot en lomp de temperatuur van de bril en het water is goed alleen de druk van het water is heel laag jammergenoeg en de spuit stuk beweegt alleen van voor naar achter mijn andere bidetbrillen pulserende beweging van voor naar achter en van lings naar rechts wat deze brin niet kan

I received the product quickly after I made an order. The installation is easy, and all functions are working fine.Although there is a small leaking issue, after contact with customer service, they immediately sent me a replacement, which perfectly solved the leaking issue.I am very satisfied with the product and their great service.

Het toilet gekocht op basis van de recensies. Toilet zelf voldoet goed. Probleem hadden we wel, de afstandbediening werkte niet. De customerservice ingeschakeld. Je krijgt gelijk feedback en na een videocall met de technische service is het goed gekomen. Het bleek uiteindelijk een losse connector.I am quiet impressed about the quality of the toilet. After installing we did have an issue with the remote control. Custumerservice is exellent. The give me feedback right away. After a videocall we solved the problem with the remote controll. It was a connector problem. everything is working now. Special thanks to Kevin from maitenance.

One expects a better quality product at this price. Mechanically somewhat weak and user interface could be much friendlier.

Pour commencer, deux jours après avoir acheté le produit je vois que son prix a été abaissé de 120€. Je contacte le vendeur Vovo qui accepte sans discussion de procéder à un ajustement, et deux jours plus tard 120€ étaient virés sur mon compte bancaire ! Merci à eux et à Avery, mon contact chez Vovo.Le produit a pu être monté facilement et sans outil, si ce n'est une clef anglaise pour relier l'arrivée d'eau. Je n'ai pas eu besoin d'aller au magasin de bricolage pour l'installation de deux bidets identiques sur deux WC à l'ancienne. Le raccord fourni en métal s'insère bien entre le robinet et le WC si votre tuyauterie (en métal dans mon cas) est suffisamment souple. J'ajoute que je n'ai pas eu besoin d'utiliser le gabarit papier fourni pour l'ajustement, qui se fait facilement sans lui.La notice pourrait contenir un peu plus d'explications, mais le fonctionnement d'ensemble est assez intuitif, les videos d'utilisateurs sur Youtube peuvent apporter quelques compléments. Tout fonctionne parfaitement sur les deux bidets après quelques semaines, un modèle de simplicité avec tout ce qu'il faut (pas plus) pour les réglages. Toutes les fonctions - il les a toutes ! - sont efficaces, sauf pour le séchage qui, même après la durée standard (2 minutes) à température max reste insuffisant pour ne pas bénéficier de l'emploi d'une petite serviette. Mais tous les autres produits, même les plus chers du marché, semblent partager ce défaut. Peut-être une puissance augmentée à température raisonnable (pas le max qui serait trop chaud), genre le sèche-cheveux de la piscine, pourrait le faire, je ne sais pas.Bref ce Vovo est un produit très abouti, nous ne regrettons pas du tout notre choix, et le prix d'achat final (environ 300€) me semble tout à fait justifié.

Es una maravilla. La mejor compra sobre todo para cuartos de baño pequeños o personas mayores. Funciona a la perfección y se puede graduar la temperatura tanto del agua como de la tapa. El vendedor muy amable y rápido en contestar. Merece la pena el coste pues no es un gasto sino una inversión en calidad de vida.

Facile l'installazione. Il funzionamento è in generale soddisfacente con un buon controllo delle temperature e della pressione dell'acqua che, comunque, io uso sempre solo al massimo.Purtroppo capita (a me tre volte in pochi giorni) che l'apparecchio vada in tilt e che il beccuccio erogatore dello spruzzo rimanga nella posizione esterna anziché ritrarsi dopo l'uso. Il problema si risolve staccando e ridando l'alimentazione elettrica dopo qualche secondo, ma perché ciò avviene? Comunque si tratta di una malfunzione abbastanza seccante.Le istruzioni, che sono anche in italiano, risultano parecchio ermetiche ed imprecise con qualche differenza tra quanto è scritto e quanto realmente succede nell'operatività.AGGIORNAMENTO:E' bastata la mia recensione, senza alcuna richiesta esplicita per far scattare il CUSTOMER CARE di questa azienda che davvero eccezionale. Mai incontrato nella mia lunga vita (77 anni) alcunché del genere!Di loro iniziativa mi hanno subito spedito una scheda madre di ricambio per il prodotto per sostituire quella originale. Alla sostituzione, non difficile, ho provveduto oggi.Inoltre mi hanno accreditato "come rimborso per il disagio" un importo di 61 euro, pari a più del 15% del valore.Tutto questo, lo ripeto, senza alcuna sollecitazione da parte mia !!!La valutazione, che era stata di 3 stelle, passa con convinzione a 5 stelle e vorrei aggiungere che mooolte aziende dovrebbero imparare da questa come si trattano e fidelizzano i clienti !!!

Bought to replace a 15 year old Kleanstreet bidet seat that had finally given up the ghost. Wanted to replace like for like but problems with the supplier (and the fact that this model is £200 cheaper) decided me, after some lengthy research, on this one. The fact that I already had a 240V power outlet and 15mm cold water outlet made the changeover very easy with a like for like fitting. The seat is a good fit (check your type of pan carefully before ordering) and I had it fitted within 30 minutes. The seat itself seems quite durable, the lid is a little flimsier than the one it replaced, but since I won't be sitting on that... The remote is well laid out with all functions clearly labelled, it is a little chunkier than the Kleanstreet remote but will wall mount. The wash jet again is not quite so powerful as the Kleanstreet, but there is the turbo mode which should be enough for the dirtiest bottom! Can't comment on the 'front wash' option, from my wife I believe this is satisfactory. Drier does the job well enough too. Heated seat (always set on low in our house) is an absolute dream on a cold morning, UV lamp which shines into the bowl provides something to aim for on nocturnal visits to the smallest room, saves let us say damp pedestal mats! Great fit, good price, rapid delivery, easy to install (note qualified electrician and plumber required if you don't already have 240V ac and cold water outlets) looks good, soft close lid, I definitely recommend.
