I like that you can break the bar down to use as dumbbells and the extension bar is padded. The only thing that I don't like is that the locks feel like they are cheap. They work them selfs loose and I'm afraid they will crack if I tighten them too tight. All in all, they are all right for what they are.

Made of hard plastic but strong. Hope it inspires me to work out 💪

Very good product,easy to use

Great dumbbell-to-barbell set. Versatile and effective for strength training. Unfortunately, one of the dumbbell sleeves broke after some use. Good overall, but durability could be better.
