W.a. mozart: later symphonies - nos.35-41 (full score): Nos. 35-41 in Full Score

The scores are very well laid out in large clear print with only violas scored in the dreaded tenor clef. The whole of Symphony no 37 is included with a note that only the first movement is by Mozart. A couple of very minor gripes. The names of the instruments are set out to the left of the clef on which their music appears but only at the beginning of each movement, so once you have turned a page you have to rely on memory as to which instrument is on which line. This is probably not an issue for professional musicians but is a bit of a challenge to the hobbyist. No one gives you bar numbers.

Ich bin ja ein Fan der Dover-Partituren, da ich auch ein großer Fan von alten Stichbildern bin. Meines Erachtens kann ein Computersatz nie dieselbe Individualität aufweisen und Sympathie erzeugen. Dass solcherlei Ausgaben nicht auf dem allerletzten "kritischsten" Stand sind, ist ein Dilemma, mit dem man leben muss. In diesem Fall handelt es sich um das Stichbild aus dem entsprechenden Band der aten, bei Breitkopf & Härtel erschienenen Mozart-Gesamtausgabe (1880-1882). Ein paar Stichworte zur Dover-Ausgabe: wunderschöner Scan (Balken und Noten tiefschwarz, keine oder kaum löchrige Notenlinien), zeitgemäß-typisches enges Stichbild, leider ohne wiederholte Marginalien (was bei der überschaubaren Besetzung der Symphonien jedoch verschmerzbar ist).

モーツァルトの後期交響曲題３５番〜４１番まで、全７曲の大型版スコア。普通はＣＤなどでは入っていない第３７番ト長調Ｋ．４４４も全曲入っている。おまけのようなものか。第４１番は、オリジナルとクラリネット入りの修正版が同時表記されている。つまり、オリジナル版の上段に、オーボエとクラリネットの追加分が加えられている。オリジナル版と修正版との違いがよくわかります。印刷は鮮明で大変見やすいです。ただし、Ｄｏｖｅｒ社の他の楽譜には印刷されているページ毎の曲名小見出しが無いため、目差す曲を素早く探すには手間取り、この点がやや不便。そのため星４つとしましたが、５つと言ってもかまいません。ページをめくった時の据わりも良く、開いて置いてｍページが戻ることはありません。音楽之友社のミニチュア・スコアで第３５，３６番は持っていましたが、昔から大型版が欲しく、この版で後期分が全部まとまって揃うし安価なので即購入しました。前述の小見出しの不便さはありますが、すこぶる満足で、愛用しています。尚、原本は、Breitkopf & Hartel（ブライトコップフ・アンド・ヘルテル）版。

Es una edición básica y barata de gran parte de las sinfonías de Mozart, aunque nunca está de más mirar la página del Mozarteum y comparar con la edición que tienen colgada (sólo de consulta) puesto que tiene gran cantidad de fallos en lo que respecta a las articulaciones: caillés (sustituidos muchas veces por stacattos, ligaduras de arcos incorrectas, etc.). Por lo demás, está bastante bien si atendemos a su bajo precio.
