Utterly fantastic tool. I cube the butter before adding it to the flour, then I use the pastry tool. It names short work of pastry making, I cannot recommend it highly enough.The build quality is strong and it fits comfortably in my hand.

Took a bit of getting used to but now I find it invaluable for making pastry and biscuits without getting dough under my fingernails. You just have to make sure the fat isn't too cold. Nice and sturdy

I bought this for pastry. The blades are nice and sturdy and have a pleasing sharp edge. It’s easy to used as some cutters have thin blades which sometimes fight through the crumb. I would recommended.

Works well for someone having dexterity issues.
