Recently, I purchased a second monitor and with two desk mounts for them, I could barely find the top of my desk! After studying the many dual mounts on Amazon and reading reviews, I selected the Wali unit. It had a very competitive price and a high level of satisfaction among those who purchased it and so, I placed the order. Delivery was fast and then I set about assembly. The VESA mount worked well except, I had to loosen the screws holding the mounting bracket to the back of one monitor in order to mount the screen on the Wali desk mount. This was a minor issue and was required by the monitor design (nothing to do with the Wali devise). I mounted the device using the grommet base by drilling a hole through my desktop. This worked well. It was easy to get the gas cylinders adjusted using the hex wrench provided so the monitors would move easily and would stay in position. However, hiding the cables for each monitor under the arms of the mount was a bit challenging. A lot of the problem was the inflexibility of the power and VGA/HDMI cables I used as well as the fact that a couple of extra hands would have been nice to hold everything in place while trying to insert screws blindly from below the arms. In addition, it was more difficult on the lower part of the arms due to the proximity of the desk top. Once that task was completed, I was very satisfied with the installation and operation of the mount. I now have lots of extra space on the desk top.

Buen producto, especialmente en cuanto a calidad/precio. Lo he montado en aproximadamente una hora, sin dificultades. Dos monitores de 27" soportados sin problema (tuve que ajustar la dureza, algo sencillo de hacer)El mayor inconveniente es el sistema de manejo de cables, que es mejorable. Pero en cuanto a construcción y funcionalidad sin duda lo recomiendo.Hay que pensar lo que compras, son dos brazos con dos articulaciones, por lo que no puedes colocar los monitores en cualquier posición, pese a que existe una gran cantidad de posiciones posibles, el sistema que usa, hace que no todas las posiciones sean posibles (Por ejemplo, para acercar un monitor al otro o bien los subes mucho o bien los echas hacia adelante, hacia ti) Así que mide bien el espacio que tienes y cómo deseas colocarlos
