not a fan of this really, but grateful for the opportunity to try it out. I don't like that there is no handrails, and as such, don't really feel safe using it. what little I tried was holding on to the back of the sofa in the middle of the living room. Caveat emptor I guess

This R3 folding treadmill is an excellent investment for anyone short on space but serious about staying active at home. It’s sleek, solid, and smartly designed, with features that make daily workouts easier and more enjoyable. I have been using the R3 folding treadmill for just over three weeks now, and I’m impressed by how much thought has gone into its design. As someone who lives in a small apartment, the space-saving aspect was the biggest draw, and it delivers. When not in use, I can fold it in half and slide it under my sofa effortlessly. No tools, no struggle, it was ready to use straight out of the box.The foot-sense speed control something new I tried in this treadmill and glad to have that. It adjusts speed based on where I place my feet, so I can focus on my movement rather than fiddling with controls. The treadmill itself feels sturdy. The aluminum frame gives it a solid, premium feel, and the running area is spacious enough that I don’t feel cramped, even when doing a light run. It does runs quietly too. Connecting it to the KS Fit app was easy, and it’s nice being able to track my steps and goals directly from my phone. The LED display is sleek and easy to read, showing just what I need without feeling cluttered. I love the red light design at the side of front panel.While its easy to fold down and there are wheels to carry this or slide this around, but it does come with some weight and its not very easy as I was expecting. I had to be careful while moving it. The foot-sense technology is innovative, it does take a bit of time to get used to. During my first few sessions, I found myself accidentally speeding up or slowing down when I shifted my weight too much. It gets easier with practice, but there’s definitely a learning curve.Overall, its a convenieint, low-noise treadmil for regular home use. Recommended!
