It is perfect! Very easy to use. It is foldable which is a big advantage, especially if you don’t have a large space. Highly recommended.

very good walking pad for everyday exercise for people with jobs that require sitting at a desk most of the day.It's simple to use and there's no assembly required just open it up, plug it in and switch it on. The remote comes with a battery supplied and the instructions are simple and easy to follow. It's strong, well made and sturdy and the walking pad is a long one when opened up so suitable for people with long strides alsoIt records your step count, calories used, speed and kilometres covered. It has adjustable speeds so you can start off slow and work up your pace if you want as you progress.It folds in half for storage when not in use. It has two small rollers on the end for easy movement when you want to move it. However they don't roll very well on thick carpet which does hinder moving it often because of the weight, it is quite heavy. I'm not very strong so I do find it better to leave it in one place where I can just hop on and watch a movie while getting exercise. I have my tablet on a stand in front or you can put it in front of the TV.TV.It's an amazing machine and I personally can't fault it I just wish it was a little lighter but then it probably wouldn't be as well made as it is. It's definitely one worth considering.
