WARHAMMER 40K HERO OF THE IMPERIUM

Not the most exceptional science fiction, but Ciaphas Cain is a funny, real dude and the omnibus is a very quick read (despite more than 700 pages) and it is a good introduction to the world of Warhammer 40k and the various factions (Tau, genestealers, tyranids, necrons, orks, chaos).

Books is good and well worth 12 quid.Gets you gripped and has humour added to it which is nice change.Written well and within the 40k lore, and also from the 1st person which i like.However, I do not recommend on the simple fact that the next Omnibus is nearly 100quid on amazon, and in and around 80 (sometimes 60 sometimes nearly 100) on other sites for a second hand version. So i would not recommend it. To buy the next books separately is also expensive for books that are 15 years old, and they won't include the short stories added into he omnibus.

A fantastic addition to the WH40K universe. Ciaphas is a fantastically classy yet sly individual that you can't help but wonder how the hell they plan to get out of this one.

Era para un regalo y como la persona que lo recibía es practicamente bilingüe al comprarlo en inglés me ahorré casi 30 euros. Es un libro casi imposible de encontrar en librerías físicas así que estoy muy satisfecha con la compra.
