i got these as an alternative to my old-school single loop straps. They're a bit different fit (for me, because I'm used to the old school ones).I'm giving them a week to see how well I like them because no new strap fits as comfortably as the old worn soft and sweaty ones; there's always a break in period. However -- these are very high quality. The material is very thick, great stitching etc.- very comfortable. Softer out of the box than other straps I've purchased. They're apparently all cotton, whereas typical straps I think are more canvas. Anyway, there a different type of material than most straps, and much nicer.- the padding at the back of the wrist looks like silicone in the pictures, but they're actually also cotton. Very comfortable, no annoyances wearing them with the padding.- They're thinner/not as wide as my other straps. I expect that's the design of this style.They've taken some care to make sure that these are high quality straps. the company knows what they're doing.Jury is still out whether I like this style of strap because I'm so used to the other style. However, if you like this style, this strap is outstanding - a step above other straps in terms of material and comfort.
