Combined with the box liner sheets, these discs are great for transporting plastic and resin miniatures securely, and would almost certainly do for securing white metal infantry models.Care does need to be taken when purchasing, however; warmag offer a number of sizes and options that all look very similar in the photo, and some do not have the foam layer needed to get sufficient thickness to work with Citadel style bases.I accidentally bought some without the foam layer and ended up having to use them two at a time until I bought the right product, BUT, I did discover the 25mm discs without the foam are perfect for Legions Imperialis infantry bases where the foam layer would be too thick.All in all they're a little pricey but I think we'll worth it. A great product range, and very easy to use.Top tip: The magnetic sheets themselves can be cut with scissors so you can even make use of what's left when you've removed all the discs.

Great product fits into the mini's based really well and holds them in place with the sheets. Worth the buy shame currently not available.

These magnets do the job perfectly, i had previously been using superglue to stick a magnet on the base. It worked for a while, eventually i started to find lose magnets stuck everywhere. I was recommended the WarMag magnets by a friend and never looked back. I have magnetised the bases of most of my army with no problems! Another good thing is the magnets come in a few sizes 25mm, 32mm, 40mm and 60mm!

I bought a test set of 35 x 25 mm, and found they stick well to, and fit, the bases of a group of Skitarii. On the basis of that, I've ordered a set of 32 mm and will then look at some more unusual sizes and shapes (eg for terrain).Not particularly cheap (adding around 23p or so to the cost of a single figure), but volume pricing might make some difference, and given all the other costs in the game for plastic / paint /... it isn't the end of the world
