This set of Harry Potter series DVDs did not work. They were a total scam. I need a full refund!!

Bought for my wife for Christmas she loves them

Luckily we wanted English as the DVDs aren’t German. Most are Swedish or Norwegian. Of the 8 DVDs 4 match and the other 4 are a mix of different versions yet all include original English audio. Luckily we have a region-free player. One of the 8 DVDs even looks like a homemade DVD. I paid €6.51 so I am not really complaining. We got viewable versions of all the seven Potter movies. Delivery was delayed (!!), subsequently we missed it, then only received it after the return deadline. So we could t return them even if they were faulty.
