In all actuality, this product was delivered in pristine condition. The chinstrap is just fine, easily tucked up inside if need be. Features a lattice at the top for comfort. I was pleased with the materials and light weight, would definitely buy another if I fell in battle!

Product, (helmet) was decent quality, as described. Be aware the inside of the helmet will press against the face, and the metal is unfinished inside. Otherwise it was a decent purchase though the price is somewhat higher than it should be, shipping was timely however it's shipped in a soft wrap vs a box. Unfortunately finding any US based manufacturing is near impossible.
