article facile a installer mais aussitôt installé 24 h plus tard plus rien ne fonctionne, j'ai fais le test de remettre des batteries dans le bouton poussoir il se remet a fonctionner, mais encore moins de 24h plus rien fonctionne, de très mauvaise qualité je déconseille fortement, n'acheter pas se produit

Sonnette facile à configurer et à utiliser.Il faut 4 pile LR14 dans le boitier principal et 2 AAA dans la sonnette externe.Les fichiers sons, au format MP3, se transfèrent comme sur une clé USB.

I picked this up, wary due to some negative reviews, and prepared to think outside the box if I have to.First off, the main box does require EITHER 4x "C" batteries OR USB power. The cable in the battery compartment will power the device just fine.Secondly, that same USB cable can be plugged into the computer to take MP3 files. This worked quite easily, and it was as simple as drag-and-drop.Since the USB port performs two functions, how you plug it in is important. If plugged into a data port, you can transfer the sound files. If you want to power it for regular operation, it must be plugged into a POWER-ONLY USB port. A data port won't power it.Only downside is that the box is a bit too large for most of my props, but I might remove the housing.

3/20/23 I received the doorbell today. My laptop recognized the device right away and I was able to drag and drop the mp3 without a problem. The doorbell itself, however, doesn't work. The instructions state there should be a code switch on the call button and the doorbell which needs to be set on the same number (frequency?). Both are missing (empty space where it should be). Interestingly, the instructions even provide a picture of the location of the code switch. Without the code switch being on the same number, the call button does not ring the doorbell. This device is an absolute piece or trash and does not work.Update 4/5 I have corresponded with the vendor twice (through Amazon messages). They have no interest in making this right. They will not replace the defective device and their customer service makes excuses to not respond to the issue. Do not waste your money on this product.
