Wat een mooi compact apparaat. Het aansluiten was erg makkelijk en hij is erg stil in het gebruik.Het is wel verstandig om elke keer als je water tapt, de kraan eerst een minuut te laten stromen, pas dan is het water wat uit de kraan komt goed gezuiverd.

Ben blij met deze reversed osmosis waterfilter. Deze komt ook hoog uit in alle top 10's van dit soort systemen die ik heb bekeken. De installatie koste mij wel wat langer dan een half uur, maar het gaat wel makkelijk. Alles past en zelfs bv teflontape is inclusief om het water drupvrij aan te sluiten. Was een makkie!Ik heb de reminiralisatie module er ook bijgekocht. De smaak is echt goed nu!Tip: druk de slangen bij aansuiten echt krachtig zo diep als ze kunnen. Bij mij werkte het gewoon lekvrij allemaal.Inderdaad: 8 seconden voor een glas water.

C'est un excellent achat, peut-être le meilleur que j'ai fait sur amazon.Il est plus cher que les autres, certes, mais la qualité est bel et bien là.Je ne commente jamais mes achats, mais je me devais de le faire pour celui-ci, afin de donner plus de renseignements à ceux qui seraient intéressés, et surtout après avoir vu la vidéo d'un autre commentaire, où la personne se disait déçue.1. La pompe se met en effet en marche d'elle même au bout de 12 heures sans utilisation, afin de purger les filtres de leur eau stagnante. c'est le fonctionnement normal, et effectivement, si vous ne vous en servez pas de la soirée, vous risquez d'entendre la pompe tourner au milieu de la nuit.2. Sur le même principe, une purge a lieu automatiquement 5 minutes après le dernier puisage.3. Les purges durent une trentaine de secondes, pendant lesquelles vous entendrez la pompe.4. Le bruit de la pompe est très raisonnable lorsque l'osmoseur est dans le placard de l'évier. Si vous voulez être dérangés le moins possible, remplissez une grande carafe matin midi et soir, ce qui limitera le nombre d'utilisation ainsi que le déclenchement automatique du cycle de nettoyage de 12 heures.5. La perte d'eau sale dépend de la qualité de l'eau en entrée du système, je ne me suis pas amusé à la collecter mais ce que j'entend couler me parait tout à fait raisonnable en terme de quantité. Selon moi, ce critère ne devrait pas être un frein à l'achat, car les quantités puisées d'eau potable sont très faibles par rapport aux volumes globaux d'une vie de famille : douches, wc, etc.6. Nous utilisons la cartouche supplémentaire de reminéralisation. Et l'eau est bonne, c'est à dire qu'on ne lui trouve absolument aucun goût.7. Grâce à la pompe, le débit en sortie est très satisfaisant.8. Pour finir, j'ai choisi ce produit car c'est le seul que j'ai trouvé avec un agrément NHS / ANSI, qui prouve bel et bien que le filtre fait effet. Tous les autres sont testés "par des laboratoires indépendants" et n'offrent donc aucune garantie sérieuse d'efficacité, voire même peut-être de nocivité. C'était pour moi l'aspect le plus important, ne pas aggraver le problème de qualité de l'eau en pensant pourtant bien faire.J'espère que mon commentaire vous guidera, et surtout je vous recommande ce type de produit, à une époque où l'on commence à se rendre compte que toutes les eaux sont contaminées par tel ou tel polluant, PFAS ou autre. Franchement je me demande comment j'ai fait pour ne pas franchir le pas plus tôt.

Synopsis:This unit was purchased during the Black Friday Sale period.The system was perfectly packaged, it would have been difficult to damage the kit.I am using it in a house that has well water and a 3 20" filter system, no softener.I did not have an outlet under the sink and the hole for the dispenser faucet was a 1.5" hole.Chronological Event:And it all went well at install except the UV-C sterilizer light. It had a leak issue on the top port. Being that Waterdrop recommended that the unit be mounted close to the faucet it was very hard to handle the leak. I disconnected the hoses with a handy nylon brush that had a partial hang loop the size of the hose and fitting. It was a key that made disassembly easy versus struggling to push down with your fingers while trying to pull the hose at the same time. I called WD customer support and did not reach anyone at this time, so I left a message and my phone number (Saturday).So, after the second attempt at using the UV sanitizer and it was still leaking, so I took it apart (it unscrews) and tried to see if a seal was out of place. DO NOT TRY TO OPEN THIS...this is factory sealed, and I wrecked it by breaking a silicone seal and disconnecting the power leads. Since I broke the unit, I went and connected the main unit to the faucet...it worked fine less the UV-C sanitizing light. The faucet itself was about 1/16" larger than the hole and I was able to center it with no gap showingOn Monday WD (Pieter) calls back and I was happening to be working from home. Pieter was trying to be helpful, and I explained the issue of the leak and how I broke the UV-C light trying to fix the leak. At first, he didn't understand that "I" broke the light trying to fix the leak. After explaining it again he understood and asked that I send a picture to him via email. I gave him my email and he sent a message at which point I found the broken unit (glad I did not throw it away, yet) and took a picture sending it to him.Next day, I got a message from Krystal saying a replacement unit was sent and was provided a tracking number. Wow...thank you very much and I thanked her. All she asked in return was for a "positive" Amazon review (so here it is!).I then had a thought about the new one and the potential for it to leak too. So, I sent another email asking why the unit had to be so close to the faucet and they replied:"Hi,Thank you for your valuable feedback.Our professional technical support team has reviewed your inquiry and suggests suspending the UV lamp in the air to prevent it from getting wet in case of moisture or leaks in the cabinet.It is advisable not to place the UV lamp directly on the ground.If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us by replying to this email.Kind RegardsKrystalCustomer Service Rep"Well, simple...I am going to hang the unit under the sink (cable clips, adhesive...) after I flow test it and then when the unit needs to be serviced/replaced in the future, I will have easy access.So, after the initial issues and my damaging the UV-C unit...WD comes through and helps me out (over a few days)...thank you WD!
