Waterman are known for their quality pens, and this is certainly one of them. I have a really nice Waterman black and gold (#executivealert) ballpoint at home, but it's so beautiful that I baby it and rarely take it out with me. I was looking for an inexpensive fountain pen that I could throw in the camera bag or carry in my pocket with me anywhere and not have to worry about dinging it up. I found that in the Graduate, it's perfect to carry anywhere and be your daily pen. With the fine point nib it's easy to write on college ruled paper and versatile for any writing situation. It is brushed stainless steel and susceptible to fingerprints etc., so if you're of the particular personality trait, I'd look elsewhere. Some of the other reviewers have made comments about how it feels cheap, but I feel like this pen wasn't designed to be a work of art, or a holy grail of fountain pens. It was designed to be a practical pen for daily use, and that's what I'm getting out of it. I'd definitely recommend picking one up! I got the refillable ink cartridge adapter, and will use this for years to come.

I was looking for a cheap pen that I could use with my Waterman cartridges. I already had another higher quality pen from Waterman. I must say for daily use it does what it says on the tin. Of course we're far from luxury items but the nib is pretty decent and the flow of ink regular. Just what I needed so I can chuck it in my bag and use it on the go.

Ein guter Bürofüllhalter. Problemlos mitzunehmen, robust genug dazu: die Kappe sitzt fest, das Material ist nicht rissanfällig (wie bei Plastikfüllhaltern) und egal ob mit Patrone oder Konverter läuft nichts aus. Die Finger bleiben stets frei von Tinte.Es macht Spaß, mit dem Füller zu schreiben. Klar gibt es einen Unterschied zu allen wertigeren Füllern, was die Feder betrifft, doch für den Preis bin ich sehr positiv überrascht worden.
