How to Install
1. Attach thermal tapes onto the CM4, fix the nuts and standoffs to the heatsink
2. Fix the screws:
Method A: Single CM4 + Heatsink
Combinding the CM4 and heatsink as a unit, make it easy to attach the unit to base board, or remove from.
Method B: CM4 + Heatsink + Base Board
Fixed by screws and rubber gaskets, firmly connection

Känns bra kvalitet. Låg profil. Använder min i en GPI Case 2 fungerar strålande att hålla temperaturen nere.

La température du CPU mes CM4 a assez largement diminué depuis l'installation de ces heatsinks, ce qui évite probablement pas mal de throttling. Difficile de quantifier la diminution, vu que mon setup a changé, mais globalement je ne vois plus de températures "extrêmes" même avec du load.

Hi!Eigentlich OK dieser Kühler. Ich frage mich jedoch warum keine Wärmeleitpadsfür das RAM und ggf. auch eMMC dabei sind!Gerade CPU und RAM sind die Wärmeproduzenten.CM4 gibt es eben nicht nur in der Lite Version!@Waveshare: you should spend a bit for thermal pads for RAM and eMMC, what's really missing!
