Deze module past niet in een Hager groepenkast. De openingen in de deksel van een groepenkast zijn 45mm hoog (EN 60715-standaard). If it works, it works great. However, if you ever run into issues with the device, the support is completely useless. Have a device that no longer is accessible via the network but no feasible solutions are offered within a reasonable time. Stay away from it.

Man muss wissen das man eine Software benötigt um die Verbindungseinstellungen zu programmieren. Wenn man das getan hat funktioniert es einwandfrei. Ich habe dies über Youtube rausgefunden.

This is a nifty little device. I'm using it as a Modbus server and the client is a Python script on an Ethernet connected Linux box that utilizes pymodbus. Is powered by PoE and it is working great for both read and write. Documentation is thorough.

This is a very frustrating product. I spent hours trying to get it to work with DHCP (which it should support out of the box), but it wants to stick to a static IP address. If your subnet is 192.168.0.X, you are good to go; otherwise, avoid the frustration. It may work, it may not, but without being able to be configured, I have no way to tell. I am moving to another brand. Also, abysmal documentation (online) that doesn't give the default IP address to access the configuration. Another reviewer identified the IP address and you can get to the configuration but as mentioned DHCP doesn't stick.

Gutes Gerät das zuverlässig seinen Dienst verrichtet. Einen Stern Abzug, da das Gehäuse größer ist als der Schlitz in der Abdeckung der Hutschiene. Bedeutet: Gehäuse mit der Feile bearbeiten, damit es durch die Abdeckung passt. Erst-Konfiguration nicht ganz einfach, hier muss eine Software geladen werden. Gut: es gibt eine Wiki dazu im Internet, da findet man alles notwendige. Einfach nach dem Produktnamen suchen.
