  • Bi-directional transparent data transmission between RS232/485/422 and Ethernet. Onboard RS232 / 485 / 422 interfaces, suitable for more application scenarios. The ethernet port can send data to RS232/485/422 at the same time. Only one of the RS232, RS485, and RS422 can send data to the Ethernet port at the same time.
  • Support PoE ethernet port power supply, suitable for IEEE 802.3af PoE standard. Support screw terminal and DC power port for power supply, DC 6~36V wide voltage range input. Suitable for modbus networking upgrade, can be used with specific configuration software.

Did fry one, and constantly reset another Eastron SD120M Modbus meter when trying to read the registers. Settings in the web interface are lacking, and you are forced to use badly translated windows software to create some usefull settings. Even then, it resetted my Eastron when trying to read.Only positive note is the POE, and the DIN format, but that is all for now. software could be greatly improved

Da una ventina di giorni sto usando il convertitore in un progetto domotico all’interno di casa mia.Grazie a questo convertitore posso comunicare con un acquisitore dati e acquisire i segnali di alcuni trasduttori per poi mostrarli nei pannelli domotici in casa.La configurazione mi ha fatto un pò impazzire inizialmente per via della compatibilità con il software che stavo usando.Tuttavia dopo un primo iniziale ostacolo è andato tutto abbastanza liscio.Si può alimentare in POE o tramite alimentazione DC diretta. Personalmente non ho usato il POE perchè dovendo alimentare diversi strumenti ho a portata di mano una 12VDC quindi l’ho semplicemente agganciato all’alimentazione generale.Per l’alimentazione è disponibile sia un jack barrel sia due terminali a morsetto, entrambe utilissimi per la massima flessibilità.La comunicazione risulta stabile e precisa senza alcun tipo di problema o di errore.Un accessorio indispensabile per portare la comunicazione seriale sulla rete.

Sieht hochwertig und stabil aus. Lässt sich gut montieren.Für die Inbetriebnahme empfiehlt es sich das Herstellerwiki auf zu suchen und die Dokumentation zum Produkt durch zu lesen. Viele Infos dazu dort zu finden.Das Wiki findet man am besten über eine beliebige Suchmaschine.

Je suis plutôt déçu, on ne peut pas faire grand chose depuis l'interface web.La doc est épaisse et je m'attendais à pouvoir connecter un broker MQTT facilement, mais il faut faire tout un tas de manipulation dans un logiciel qui n'est pas disponible sous Linux.Je comptais utiliser cet appareil pour joueur avec le RS485 et les possibilités qu'il offre en domotique, mais ça s'avère plus compliqué que prévu.

This media converter is working fine, but the local web server is quite limited and needs to be hidden behind a firewall.
