For a person with narrow feet I thought these would be great so I could make them tighter as needed. Unfortunately the design is flawed as it only allows a one inch INCREASE in size not a decrease. I had to cut the top side of the "belt" to allow it to decrease the size of the belt.

There is a continental size 37 to 38. They run big. They have a strap over the front that fastens with a buckle. However, they arrived way too big and they’re already on the smallest fastening. Avoid if you have normal size feet. (Aunty B)
