It's fast.

I paid the price of a new WD Blue SN580 SSD but received a used drive, who knows the lifespan it still has. Returning it ASAP, this feels like a deception.

I bought this specifically for an external SSD enclosure to use with my smartphone.- 1TB which I formatted using exFAT, resulting in 931.5 GB free space.- NAND require less power draw- Fast enough for short bursts of storage to/fromYou get the SSD. That's it. It does not come with screws or any other hardware. It works right out of the box. For my needs it still gets the job done even though it pulls about 6W, and my USB can only send about 5W. In my case, in order to be reliable I need to use the 60W PD port on the side of the enclosure as well. I can live with that, since I often carry power banks with me.Would buy again. Great value for 1TB at only 50 bucks!

A well priced 1TB SSD that i bought for SGD$76.61. Its paired with my Gigabyte B650 Eagle AX motherboard and there has been no issues. WD delivered well beyond my expectations. Crystaldiskmark and Crystaldisk info did not have any reported issues either. Well update in the future if anything changes.

Ich nutze die SSD als Spiele-Festplatte für Steam und bin mehr als zufrieden. Lustige Geschichte: Ich dachte lange, ich hätte schon eine SSD im Rechner – konnte mir aber nicht erklären, warum der PC so langsam war. Beim Nachsehen stellte sich heraus, dass ich stattdessen eine 13 Jahre alte HDD drin hatte, die ich für Spiele benutzt habe.
