What a fun and practical tool to have for all paper crafters. Not only can you cut perfectly shaped arrows/pointers and banners out of washi tape, but it works on a variety of other materials such as paper, light cardstock, dymo labeling tape, and more. It works similarly to a guillotine paper cutter. You slide your material to the little cutting board and align it using the justifying guidelines. Then, you just press down and it's done. If you slide the material in on one side, you get an arrow. If you slide the material on the opposite side, you get the fletchings. The cutting board can be reversed to prolong the life of it, plus it has a locking mechanism to safely store the chomper. I highly recommend it for it's accurate functionality and ease of use.

This is a cute little gadget. Although it can be a little trial and error to get the perfect “tails”. As other reviewers have said, sometimes you get an uneven finish. I did find that the blue part at the front which adjoins the black piece of plastic (above the white plates) can get slightly loose. This seemed part to blame for the uneven finish. I make sure I push this in before using, then line up the washi tape/ribbon with the guides inside to get a better result.I bought this mainly to use with satin ribbon. Overall I’m pretty pleased with it.

Die Schnittkanten sind leider oft nicht ausgeprägt genung und der Überschnuss an Tape, der dadurch entsteht, ist zuviel. Eine scharfe Schere bringt bessere Ergebnisse. Das Geld kann man sich sparen.

It makes your job just that much easier. I used to do this by hand, now I just Chomp!! well worth it, a must have in your craft kit.
