I really like using this product for freezing soups, chilli and other meals that I make in large batches. It's easy to store the frozen portions in ziplock bags in the freezer, using less freezer space and also knowing you have a block of exactly one portion. The only thing I find difficult with the product is somethings getting the portions out of the cubes once they are frozen but that's not necessarily a flaw of the container.
