The first parcel of 12 (two in a box) was fine. I was delighted with the size, and as these are hard to find, I was glad I found them. But in the second box, quite a few were broken, and I foolishly plunged my hand into to collect them and cut my hand. The second box was not packaged to the same standard as the first. But no problem with returns. Just a bit heavy for a 78 year old to carry to the post office.
