Broke after 1 month usage

I guess it works, but badly. The number on the screen doesn’t represent the actual level of battery left in the charger! The cables don’t charge unless you hold them in a certain angle! The screen on the charger always says it’s at 25% and it’s definitely not the size of a credit card, as shows in the picture of the product!

I don’t think this is actually 10.000 mah, a full charge isn’t enough to charge my phone fully. My previous one (same mah) could do almost 2 charges

Helaas na vijf minuten opladen van mijn telefoon stopte de powerbank ermee.Erg teleurstellend maar het kan gebeuren.Het is de eerste keer dat ik iets retour moest sturen en hopelijk was dat ook gelijk voor de laatste keer!

Wordt verkocht als 10.000 mAh maar dat is helemaal niet waar. Dit is een 5.000 mAH powerbankje. Voel me bedrogen door Amazon!
