Good pillow, excellent firmness yet still soft. The thing that could be improved is that it has way too little gel incorporated in the foam. It looks more like they added some blue coloring. Other brands have a much much higher concentration of the cooling gel. So unfortunately this pillow is quite warm.

This is a really great pillow, not too thin, not too thick, comes at exactly the right distance to fill up the space from the shoulder to the neck and head. It is soft, the fabric does not irritate the ear, and I'm probably set with this type of pillow for as long as they exist.

Love these pillows. They’re super comfortable and stay cool. I have neck issues and this pillow seems to be the perfect thickness for me. They’re longer than I thought they would be, but I don’t mind that either. They just aren’t fully covered by our standard pillow cases
