Initially, I was very happy with these bands and was ready to give them a 5-star rating. However, after about 1.5 months of use (once a week on average), I noticed they weren’t providing the same resistance as before. After two months, they all started to break.Just today, I discovered that one of the bands (as shown in the picture) is visibly tearing. At this point, I can no longer use it safely, as it could snap during my next workout and potentially cause injury. Unfortunately, the durability is disappointing.
