My teen daughter ordered this after Christmas with an Amazon gift card she received. She was so super excited to make hats and all kinds of cool things. We read the instructions and even watched numerous videos on how to begin . Despite our best efforts , we were unable to get the yarn to thread properly and load the machine to make anything. The crank handle was not working right and that was part of the problem. We returned it and I asked my daughter if she wanted to exchange it for another one of the same brand or a similar brand and she was frustrated , she just chose to return it completely. I am not sure if we just got a broken machine , if this machine is just difficult to load or if it was operator error or a little of all .

The item works well with 4 weight yarn. Easy to use. No dropped stitches. You will need a row counter because this one doesn't have on it. Product arrived on time and it was package well. Pretty good item for the cost.

Product is as pictured and described except that its missing one of the needles and had to find a replacement part on a different website

Second one I purchased and they both suck. Already attached a row counter on it. wish I didn't so I can return this garbage. Machine is so clunky and skips so many stitches
