Weller WLACCBSH-02 soldeerpunten, reinigingsspons met siliconen houder voor meer veiligheid en stabiliteit

Er zijn soortgelijke siliconen houdertjes te koop voor de helft van de prijs waar geen Weller op staat.De bodem zit er los in, een stalen plaatje dat in een groefpast van het siliconenhoudertje.Het hele ding past net klem in het vakje van mijn Weller TCP waar normaal een sponsje in ligt.Verder is deze tip reiniger prima en veel beter dan een sponsje, dat nooit nat is als je het nodig hebt :-)

absolute Spitze! Ich löte ja nun schon viele Jahre und kannte bisher nur das Schwämmchen zur Reinigung der Lötspitze. Ich nutze jetzt nur noch diese Variante.

I should have got this product way sooner. It cleans the tip of the soldering iron like a charm! It is a solid product. Highly recommended!

Excellent brass tip cleaner. Stable on the workbench. Perhaps on the more expensive side, compared to others, but it doesn’t get pushed around as you use it, and it’s real brass wool, not coated steel which wrecks your tip.

I got this soldering iron cleaning wool on sale after having town frustrated with constantly dealing with the mess that comes with accidentally over watering the sponges and how the tip would cool just enough to harden the outside of the globs of solder on my iron and needing to use my wire cutters to scrape the tip clean the Weller brass wool has a hard ceramic or metal bottom plate that is easily removed from the high heat silicone body it’s cut in such a manner that gives excellent access to clean your top as well as for cleaning if the residual solder from use but also built in a way that prevents the wool from moving around too much it’s built with incredible attention to detail that is on par with Weller quality we all know and love its compact enough not to be in the way. But large enough to be easy to work with the brass wool and silicone body of the cleaning station is lightweight compact and does the job I bought it for in style even at full price it’s a great bargain I have very little experience with these style soldering iron cleaners when I was taught to solder in mechanics college I was taught to simply use a clean dry shop cloth that was lint free and then I went on to be an electrical technician doing electrical on first responder emergency service vehicles and had always used the wafer type sponges soaked in water but those self regulating Weller soldering stations that were internally regulated only offering an on off switch ran hotter than the cordless soldering irons I use to do PCB work with so cooling of the residual solder was not an issue liberty the more delicate lower heat units I’ve been using for surface mount PCBs etc. so far it does everything that I need and couldn’t ask for more
