This is a high quality, properly sized No. 4 Phillips bit, and it's 1/4" hex drive so it will fit most drivers. There's another Wera bit that is 5/16" hex drive if you need that. Don't waste your money on the undersized Lisle bit. It will strip fastener heads (and according to the comments, is too hard and will shatter).
