Wereldbol - Sepia bal esdoorn aluminium 30cm verlicht (National Geographic)

I bought this globe for my husband for his birthday because he loves geography and maps. We want to purchased a very large globe one day but for now, this globe is perfect. It is absolutely beautiful and goes wonderfully with our living room decor, which was necessary for me since his office is in our living room right now. I want to learn Italian one day, so the Italian country names will be great for that.It came carefully and well packaged. It was very simple to assemble. It looks beautiful when lit. I wasn’t sure whether we’d be able to change the bulbs before I purchased it, but discovered that you can. It comes with a bulb so it’s ready to impress immediately and when that one dies, we can replace it.Only one tiny complaint: the wooden base came just slightly damaged, sort of scratched. It’s so small my husband still hasn’t noticed it, but I’m rather particular about these things. Little imperfections like that drive me nuts, but since I don’t have to sit near it all day, it’s just fine. Definitely not worth exchanging for another.The quality is obviously very high, and I definitely think it was worth every cent!I recommend it, especially as a gift!

Es precioso. En la foto de la web ya se veía bonito pero la verdad es que en vivo nos ha gustado todavía más. Creo que por su diseño y tonalidades queda muy bien tanto en ambientes modernos como en otros más clásicos

Globo terráqueo fácil de leer y con una estética distinta, con ese tono blanquecino de los océanos en contraste con los continentes, que queda muy bien, especialmente al iluminarlo. Además es una estructura sencilla muy robusta. Muy recomendable.

Heute habe ich den Globus - Beschriftung in italienischer Sprache - erhalten, auf den ich mich gefreut habe.Die Gestaltung der Weltkarte von National Geographic ist auch sehr genau und die Farbgestaltung toll.Die Begeisterung ließ aber dann schnell nach beim Aufbau des Globus. Gedacht, das ist doch eine Kleinigkeit, war es nicht möglich den metallen Globusstab sauber einzudrehen in den Holzfuß bzw. die Holzfassung. Bis nur so zur Hälfe.Jetzt steht der Globus etwas höher und weniger schräg als es die Erdneigung mit ca. 23 Grad hat.Ich kann mich dran gewönnen, aber richtig ist es nicht wenn das Gewinde nicht sauber funktioniert.
