Disappointed – Arrived DamagedI was really looking forward to installing the Westing Bike Mountain Bike Luggage Carrier, but unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. The product arrived with visible damage – the metal was bent in one place.I appreciate the design and concept – it looks sturdy and functional, and it seems like it would have been a great addition to my bike. But the poor condition it arrived in made it unusable. Whether it was due to poor packaging or handling during shipping, it’s hard to say, but it’s frustrating to receive a damaged item right out of the box.I’ve contacted the seller for a replacement or refund and hope they respond quickly. Until then, I can’t recommend this product based on my experience.

Installing is not that easy as it could be.The rear “light” is sooo cheap-looking and doesn’t hold really well.The rest is good though. Nice rag

One side of the frame broke off, stuck in between my bike and made me fall of my bike at high spreed. I've tried contacting the company and the just won't reply. I want a refund, i want to send this piece of trash back.DO NOT BUY

My son installed it himself. Works well. He did add another occy strap when carrying larger items.

It’s very great and easy to fix I love it.

Really easy to fit and feels sturdy once installed. The instructions are decent, and the overall design is well thought out. I use it to attach a pannier for carrying my things to work during my commute, and you hardly notice it’s there while riding.It comes with a rain cover, but I’ve found the fabric itself holds up fine in light showers. The only minor issue is that the two extension arms on either side tend to come loose occasionally and need to be tightened from time to time.Overall, a solid and practical accessory that does the job well.

great price for a beefy rack. it fit my fat bike well. there were a few extra bolts but better to have more than not enough. the only issue i had was that the rear reflector was in pieces when delivered. i didn't buy this rack for the reflector so not a big deal.
