The product arrived earlier than expected , in a well packed box to avoid breakage. I was looking for the masher that woud have wooden handle to avoid hand slipping off and was pleasantly surprised to find it on Amazon. The product looks great, seems well made and sturdy. Despite a bit pricey, I would still recommend it. Mine was a bIrthday gift for someoe who likes kitchen tools having woodden handles and is very particular about quality of the kitchen items.

I was very disappointed with the potato masher as I thought it was a full stainless steel utensil. I had talked my sister into ordering a masher online. I would like to return it and have sofar not managed to locate details to do so, as I have never returned an item. Perhaps you could help
