I bought two monitors and was going to keep both but returned the other brand and kept this one because the color accuracy is better and more bright and vivid. For comparison I connected this to my Alienware 13 that has an incredible OLED display. Side by side this less expensive monitor was darn close. Using different devices will alter the aspect ratio and image quality. The worst image was from USB C to USB C using my iPhone 16 Pro. The video was slightly blurry and less crisp. Next connected to an iPad Mini A17, the image was very good but the aspect ratio looked slightly squeezed. The iPad mini could not toggle to full brightness since the monitor uses too much power but at about 50% it worked good. Then using the iPad Pro M2, I had good results and the screen image was able to move from iPad to Monitor. I tried mirroring and extending. I won't go into details here but there are some slight nuances in monitor features depending what you connect it to. HDMI requires external USB power so I would recommend using this monitor with USB C since no external power is needed. But what's helpful is it has a full size HDMI adapter so you don't need a mini or micro video cable. You will need to use the enclosed USB C cable since it needs to handle the data rate of the monitor. Several other cheap USB C cables I have do not support the monitor. The monitor stays dark if you use the wrong cable. You will need one that supports DisplayPort. All USB C cables are not created equal. I just found that out. At first I did not like the folding cover but now I really like it. It protects the monitor for travel and the flip stand is rugged and supports the monitor. This monitor is for dual screens when I edit video in Davinci Resolve. So far it is working good and I would recommend this monitor to other Amazon Shoppers.

Been using it for 5 months, and is very practical and portable.I have a 13 inch laptop and the 14 inch monitor is perfect for travel. Just connect the USB-C cable to the tablet and that's it. No extra power required, at least with my HP and Lenovo computers. I tried another USB-C to USB-C cable I bought cheap in Amazon and that I use for charging phone or tablet, and didn't worked. But that's the 3rd party cable problem.I bought it to take it for a few weeks family vacations, to be able to work with 2 screens when needed. It end up saving my life, since I had a problem with one of the hinges of my laptop, and the computer screen wouldn't work half of the times, and the external was my only screen.

I love this portable monitor. I use two additional monitors in my home office and struggle not having the extra screens when I travel. This one is so easy to set up and transport and has excellent graphic quality. It sits next to your normal machine / laptop and the cover folds back on itself to prop the lightweight screen up like a picture stand. It comes with two connection / power sources for USB-C or HDMI, which works for me because I switch between Mac and PC. It doesn’t need an external power sources when you connect to Mac vis USB-C but does with PC via HDMI, which is when the USB-C cable doubles up as external power. Brilliant!

Awesome little screen, great response time, perfect compliment to my laptop

Was fine until it wasn't. I was using this as a second monitor below my ultrawide, and out of nowhere after less than 3 months of use the panel went bad. Super bad scan lines across the whole thing, and I tried everything to fix it with no luck.
