It Worked perfectly! I was ready to buy me a new fridge for my Garage when I found this replacement and it worked perfectly!!

This inverter for the GE Monogram side by side refrigerator / freezer stops working about every 2-3 years, perhaps due to the intense heat that the compressor gives off and the proximity of the inverter to the compressor. So I simply keep one of these in the shelf right above the refrigerator When I notice the ice melting in the freezer, I simply unplug 3 plugs, take the old inverter out, and plug the three plugs into the new inverter and we are back up and running in no time. None of this waiting several days for the repair man to arrive and then another few days to order the part and $500.00 later your back up and running again. As a matter of cost savings and convenience I change it out myself.

This is a direct replacement for the inverter in my GE refrigerator. Second time I have had to replace the inverter. This appears to be the weak link in this system. Small space to work in so installation just takes some time and manipulation of the inverter to get it in place.
