The items were in a very small clear plastic packet that was down in the corner seam of the package. After removing the other item, I didn't see this and could have thrown it away. I was given a refund for the items that appeared missing. However, I have them now and they are very nice as expected.

Through these charms are for use for glasses I found the really useful for my craft work. There was a massive selection of the charms and they were all very lovely and detailed I use them for lots of different craft projects as well as necklace making it came out really well and I was able to gift them to family and friends.
