This has got to be one of the best quality Seamoss I've ever used. The real deal. A little goes a long way. Joints feel alot stronger when doing vertical jumps, other sporting activities and skin is alot fresher when consumed internally, and topical application just after showering and before applying face lotion.I am fine with the taste and smell. Definitely good value for money. Texture is great is easy to use.

I didn't use long enough to see any changesAs I changed to gold sea moss,but overall good quality sea moss, heads up that the purple sea moss is more seaweed tasting than the gold which is realtively flavourless. I soaked mine in spring water and fresh lime slices then blended with the soaking water.
