Picked this up as i've had some soreness after exercise, and have contemplated cold baths, but have often thought about steaming, especially for weight loss. Picked this up and have not been disappointed.Its HUGE, but in a good way. I'm 6ft1 and over 100kg's and I fit in it fine. I was worried i'd be too big for it, but certainly comfortable in there.It went together really easily, and came with some spare tube bits if required. Easy to operate and understand, and could easily pack down if you didn't want it up all the time.I did worry about the chair that came with it, but I just put a standard outdoor chair in there and it fits with me no problems at all. Super Happy.No regrets, wish I'd gotten one sooner. The steam unit seems solid. It also has a protective matt for the bottom which is nice.Overall, very happy, would recommend if someone's on the lookout for something similar.

I am very happy with this product. It's hot as hell in there. The steam helps with sweating and I can be in there for about a half hour before I have to get out, it's so hot. I let it warm up for about 15 minutes and when I go in I can only stay for about half an hour. This product is worth every penny. One of the best purchases I've made for myself!

Excellent product and great value for money. East to set up and operate. Heats up to over 100 degrees. I use mine at least 4 times a week for 20 minutes. It's the best steam experience I've ever had, mainly because I try relax in the privacy of my own home.

Partiamo dal montaggio, sarà un po come trovarsi in campeggio o come montare casetta ai vostri figli piccoli. Uno scheletro in alluminio facile da montare seguendo le istruzioni, sul quale infilerete la struttura in plastica che formerà la "stanza" della sauna. Collegherete il motore alla corrente elettrica da un capo e, tramite un tubo, alla tenda in modo che il vapore prodotto dopo aver inserito l'acqua all'interno del serbatoio da 4 litri sarà convogliato all'interno della stanza per formare l'effetto sauna.Per riscaldare l'acqua ci vorranno circa 15 minuti, quindi vi consiglio di far entrare po come si fa per la doccia....si apre un po prima di entrare e si aspetta che sia abbastanza ciò per fare il vostro ingresso in sauna.Si possono aggiungere anche olii essenziali all'interno del serbatoio, magari balsamici, in modo da avvolgere una doppia funzione.Vi sono dei tappetini da posizionare all'interno della sauna in modo da raccogliere il sudore e poi lavarli tranquillamente ein lavatrice, inoltre starete comodi perché verrà fornita una sedia pieghevole che vi permetterà di stare comodi.Fare la sauna in inverno, coi freddi che tocchiamo in nord Italia, è un benessere ed un relax da non sottovalutare, soprattutto quando ci cerchiamo anche di stress.Si può comandare la sauna o tramite un telecomando, o tramite un'applicazione da installare sul cellulare, vi sono vari programmi da scegliere in base alle necessità, alla temperatura, alla durata...ci si può sbizzarrire tranquillamente.Dopo aver impostato il tutto, potrete posare il vostro smartphone all'esterno della sauna in un'apposita tasca così da averlo sempre a portata di mano.Devo dire che dopo la sauna si sta davvero bene, èun toccasana per la pelle, permette di buttare fuori i liquidi ed insieme tossine...è vero, c'è bisogno di spazio per montarla ma di fatto non ne occupa troppo, certo sarebbe bello poterla tenere sempre montata ed usarla comodamente...ma non vivo in una reggia e mi devo accontentare.Le dimensioni una botta montata, sono di 1,80 X 0,90 x 0,90 cm, più dovete considerare lo spazio del motore...Sto  aiutando di regalare una a mia madre che sono sicuro le farà bene con i vari problemi di salute che ha.
