I have recently started making cupcakes with butter icing and was told it’s better to start off with very white icing before you add the colours so you get a true colour and it’s does the job. If you don’t use whitening the buttercream is slightly yellow which distorts the colour you actually want.

Three of six color icings arrived opened and spilled in the box.I won't be able to use them for my business because the product could be contaminated.

Two of the six bottles arrived damaged and return is not an option so now I have damaged items that I paid full price for!!
