This was purchased to go with a new blower resistor unit as the contacts in both the plug and socket has burnt and become high resistance such that there was no fan function. The colours in the lead are not as the original on the car and perhaps a little confusing as some contacts are joined together to form a single wire. This isn't a failing as the contact to which they are attached are also coupled. Actually it's good as it reduces the current through those contacts. The different colours is of no consequence, you just make sure you connect them to the correct original leads. The crimp connectors supplied work fine provided you have a crimping tool. Fortunately I had one! So quite happy with this item.

Der Stecker ist wie original, jedoch nicht der Querschnitt der verwendeten Kabel dieses Herstellers! Dafür sehr gut gekrimpten Stecker.Ich hab nur einen Pin und den Stecker benötigt. Ich konnte auch einen Pin von dem Ersatzkabel wieder verwenden und auf das Original Kabel krimpen.Zusätzlich hab ich noch den Pin mit dem Original Kabel ein bisschen verzinnt. Somit wird der Übergangswiderstand nochmal reduziert. Wichtig ist nur GANZ wenig verzinnen, nur ein bisschen, damit verbunden, aber nach dem Pin das Kabel komplett flexibel bleibt!Zusätzlich hab ich beim Pin die Kontaktaufnahme noch etwas zusammen gedrückt mit einem kleinen Schraubenzieher. Das hab ich bei den Originalen auch gemacht.Läuft alles gut und hab ein viel besseres Gefühl als mit den unterdimensionierten Kabel, die dabei waren. Dafür läuft da einfach zuviel Strom, um da zu Sparen. Ist auch gefährlich zwecks Kabelbrand.
