Would not recommend putting 18v into the 16v capacitor, I found pieces of it all over my living room

This is a great selection of values for the cost. You are getting low cost capacitors - not audible quality - but they are fine in most circuits. (Only high fidelity circuits really need more expensive audio capacitors)Some additional information:1) The various packets of capacitors come from many different vendors. One set were Nichicon which surprised me (Good vendor). Some were from vendors I have never heard of before.2) While most of the capacitors tested within the +/- 10% tolerance, a few fell outside this range. This is OK as long as you are testing the capacitors before using them - having some odd value capacitors around is often helpful when working on old equipment. All capacitors tested as Good.3) Part of the item description mentioned tantalum capacitors - all that I received is Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors which is what I wanted. I think this is just an error in the write up.4) They are a mix of maximum temperature rating: some are 85C and some are 105C. This will likely vary over time as they use different batches of capacitors.5) All capacitors were standard radial and looked new and in perfect order.6) They come in separate packets, but the packets are not labeled so for the small capacitors be prepared to measure them or have a magnifying glass handy.7) There are 5 capacitors per packet all at the same rated voltage, temperature, and from the same vendor.
