Seit 3 Monaten benütze ich die Decke und ich muss sagen: mein Schlaf ist wirklich besser geworden.Ich kann schneller einschlafen, und es ist einfach so gemütlich sich ins Bett zu kuscheln.Ich benütze eine normale Steppdecke, und die Therapiedecke (im Bettbezug) extra obendrauf.Man muss aber sagen: (Extra) Bezug tauschen, Bett machen usw ist sooo anstrengend.Wenn man sich die Decke noch etwas höher ziehen will (beim im Bett liegen) muss man sich auch anstrengen bzw mit den Füßen 'mitheben'.

This is a beautiful blanket, the quality is so high and the cover is nice and soft.The actual weighted blanket is great; perfect for me and provides that "hug" and calming effect I need.My sleep has been improved so dramatically - worth every penny.

I've only used this for one night but I had to write a review because I love it.The 10kg weight of the blanket is very nice, it doesn't feel too heavy in fact I might want to get a second for extra weight eventually. I suspect that's a matter of preference tho.The included cover is very soft and nice to the touch. I'm autistic and very sensitive to materials but this is perfect for me.The size is slightly smaller than a standard double bed sheet which will make finding extra covers an issue. Perfect size for a single person tho.It feels cooler than my regular duvet, which is perfect because with the warm weather and running hot generally I was worried about overheating. I still have to have a fan running overnight but I'm actually cooler than usual.Other reviews mention the beads falling to the side and I've definitely noticed that, but I will say it's not impacted me as much as I was worried about. The beads do gather in the corners but for me it still feels great, as they provide tension on the top giving the weighted feeling.Very happy with my purchase, I bought it for £40 and it feels well made for the price. This was my first weighted blanket and it has left a good impression. I had wanted to try one for a long time but the prices were out of my budget without knowing if I would like it. This one is budget friendly but also feels very high quality. Highly recommend.

Schade ist nur , dass der Überzug nicht abgenommen werden kann und somit nicht separat gewaschen werden kann.Sonst ein sehr gutes Produkt
