Withings ScanWatch - Hybride Smartwatch met ECG, hartslag- en oximeter

This is a very nice watch, very stylish, made with quality materials and nice features. What is a deal breaker for me is the inaccuracy of the heart rate sensor. I tried fitting it in my arm in all positions and at first the results would be correct, but at the end of the day I would see swings into the 30s bpm, which is obviously wrong, unless I entered into a Tibetan monk trance for a minute and I didn't notice and also swings into the 160bpm even if I spend the day working from home... I know my colleagues are a bit exasperating, but I don't think that is enough to put me into this marathon-like heart regime.I understand that all this optical HR sensors cannot be perfectly accurate, but withings should be able to do some noise cleaning of all those curves. There are so many ways to detect outliers that I'm a bit disappointed they have not even thought about it. I hope withings will do something about this in a coming software update... I will return the watch anyways and I may think about getting one again in the future if the forums show positive feedback about the updates.

Ok, i know it's a returned item. And the price was ok for a refurbished item. But the description of 'minor cosmetic inperferction' does not cover the omission of a watch strap. I received just the watch head and charger and had to go out and buy a strap. Which cost another 33 euro. I feel scammed by Amazon.

It looks and feels nice.In the beginning the battery lasted 3 weeks, with all health functions switched on. Now (after 11 months) it only lasts 7 days, with all functions switched off.I don’t always get my messages on the watch. But still in about 90% of the cases.

I've bought the product on May 22 2022 and writing this review on Jan 25 2023. I've been using this watch daily instead of apple watch. I always take it off while showering and never sawm with it but kept it on while exercising, so it was subject to the sweating. After use of 8 months the side button-Crown decided to let go. Movement wise it turns fine registers fine, pressing movement a little spongy but, not registering. Considering this is the only interaction interface with the watch it is very dissapointing. With this price rane you would expect it to be bit more rugged. Just buy a traditional watch or go for another brand.

Product broke down within 5 months of use and I cannot even find a technical support to fix it. The problem is hardware-related.

Kan HealtMate app en horloge niet pairen. App en horloge blijven in een cirkeltje ronddraaien om te kunnen pairen. Telkens weer code in moeten voeren. Resetten en/of herinstallatie werkt niet.

Fine watch, but after some time a screw fell out (photo). According to Withings Support he ScanWatch could not be repaired anymore. Withings doesn't have a repair service. So I have to throw away my Withings ScanWatch and buy another one watch. I will not select Withings anymore.

This watch comes with metal band and silicon strap. It looks really good like a real watch and you would think it's more expensive than the price. The health features are really good and app is well made. This has been succeeded by a new model but i don't see any reason to upgrade.

Ce cadeau pour mon fils répond à toutes es attentes : montre très belle avec un look classique élégant ! Et les fonctionnalités d’une montre connectée pour le suivi d’activités sportives . Après plus d’un an d’utilisation , il en est toujours ravi!

Won't charge anymore and got really inaccurate on tracking sleep. Just two months after the two year warranty. Loved it before but I'm very disappointed because this is not a cheap watch.
